A 6-week, 1:1 nutrition coaching package designed specifically for recreational and competitive athletes including weightlifters, CrossFitters and BJJ competitors who want to perform better, recover faster, and make weight safely.

You’ll get more than a meal plan and weight-cut strategy. This is personalised sports nutrition built around your training load, comp schedule, and lifestyle. It combines one-on-one consults, practical resources, and ongoing support so you know exactly how to fuel, when to adjust, and how to back up session after session without burnout.
